Chen Leshi graduated from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University with a master's degree and is currently an associate lawyer at Beijing Qiankun (Hangzhou) Law Firm.
Since starting her practice in 2023, she has represented civil and commercial litigation cases, involving contract disputes, equity disputes, labor disputes, etc.; provided legal consulting services for a number of enterprise groups to avoid potential legal risks; and is proficient in the Anti-Unfair Competition Law and the Anti-Monopoly Law. She has participated in the research project of the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on platform "choose-one-from-two" practices and the document review work of the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation in relation to fair competition review, and has unique insights into enterprise competition compliance and the market business environment.
