Company business: Design and establish domestic enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and joint ventures, draft and amend articles of association, investment agreement, feasibility report, contract and letter of intent; participate in assets reconstructing, merger, acquisition, establishment of branches, listing and financing between domestic-funded enterprises, wholly foreign-owned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures and act as an agent for domestic and foreign institutions to design relevant solutions and assist in implementation; carry out various legal affairs involved in enterprise operation.
Securities business: Act as a legal adviser of listed companies (issuers) and issue legal opinions on the issuance and allotment of shares; act as a legal adviser of the lead underwriter, issue verification notes on the prospectus or allotment prospectus; act as a legal adviser for the promoters of securities investment funds and fund management companies; assist domestic enterprises to issue shares and list abroad or in Hong Kong and other places.
Financial business: Participate in and act as an agent for the establishment of banks, securities companies, insurance companies and other financial institutions, bank loans and syndicated loans, establishment, issuance and listing of funds, insurance, bills, guarantees, trust and financial leasing, disposal of non-performing assets and debt restructuring, consumer credit, foreign debt registration and bank mortgage, provide financial support for financial institutions and large-scale key enterprises.
