Ni Ruofei graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a Master of International Law degree and is currently an associate lawyer at Beijing Qiankun Law Firm.
She once worked in a large listed company, a state-owned enterprise, and the real estate department of a Red Circle law firm, being responsible for legal affairs of Beijing State-owned Assets Group and its first-level and second-level subsidiaries, as well as the North China Company of a listed real estate group in South China. Her work scope included, but was not limited to, daily legal consultation, real estate acquisition and merger projects, urban renewal projects, real estate sales, hotel and commercial real estate operation and management, urban renewal, and real estate acquisition projects, for which she provided legal services.
