Cao Meng holds a Master of Laws degree and a Master of Social Work degree from Beihang University, and currently practices at Beijing Qiankun Law Firm. She mainly engages in legal affairs such as civil and commercial contract disputes, corporate legal affairs, enterprise risk prevention, construction engineering and real estate development, and entertainment law. She has participated in a number of cases involving construction engineering contract disputes, artist management contract disputes, and insurance contract disputes, and has rich practical experience. She explored new approaches to identify key issues such as the improper qualification of the case subject and unfulfilled settlement conditions, and successfully reversed the unfavorable first-instance judgment;
