Zhang Jing is currently an associate lawyer at Beijing Qiankun (Hangzhou) Law Firm. She graduated from Yanshan University with a major in Accounting. After graduation in 1991, she engaged in enterprise management work at Daqing Oilfield in Heilongjiang Province for many years, and is familiar with the operation and management mode of large enterprises. She has been engaged in full-time legal practice in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province since 2017, handling hundreds of civil and criminal litigation cases, and has focused on commercial litigation and non-litigation business in the past two years. She has previously served as a member of the Commercial Law Committee and Corporate Law Committee of the Heilongjiang Lawyers Association, and as a legal consultant for a number of enterprises, financial institutions, governments, and associations.
