Lawyer Wang Juan is a partner of Beijing Qiankun Law Firm and Director of the Human Resources Compliance Department, with 15 years of experience as a senior labor law attorney. She currently serves as a member of the Beijing Labor and Social Security Law Professional Committee and a co-author of the book A Comprehensive Guide to Compliance Management of Employment in State-Owned Enterprises.
She excels in helping enterprises establish human resources compliance management systems, providing annual legal advisory services on human resources for enterprises, and offering solutions to complex employee relationship issues. She has extensive practical experience in handling employee placement projects such as restructuring, reorganization, mergers, and layoffs of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, and private enterprises.
