Liu Guowen is currently an Equity Partner of Beijing Qiankun Law Firm, a Volunteer Expert for Litigation Services at the Litigation Service Center of the Supreme People's Court, and the person in charge of Qiankun Academy and the Intellectual Property Legal Business Department. With over 20 years of rich practical experience in practicing law, Lawyer Liu has served as a legal counsel for a number of government agencies and well-known enterprises, including the China Rural Art Association and the Project Investment and Financing Committee of China Investment Association.
In the fields of academia and practice, Lawyer Liu Guowen has participated in the compilation of several legal works such as Understanding and Application of the General Rules for Contract Energy Management Technology, World Legal Thesaurus, and Intellectual Property Management Practice: Cases and Practice, providing valuable references and guidance for the industry. Meanwhile, Lawyer Liu also served as the legal counsel for East Fourth Archway and successfully represented copyright dispute cases of TV dramas such as Battlefield Command and East of East Fourth Archway, demonstrating his profound legal expertise and practical experience.
Since practicing law, Lawyer Liu has always regarded public legal popularization as his responsibility.
